Terms and Conditions

IN CONSIDERATION of being permitted to participate in any way in Butter Lane Baking Classes (“Activity”), I (“Participant”) do hereby forever release and hold harmless Butter Lane 7th Street and any and all of their owners or employees from any and all personal injury including any and all medical and related expenses, death, or property loss or damage from my participation in the Activity.

Participation in the Activity therefore is an absolute acknowledgement to the foregoing terms and conditions which I have read and understand.

We have this currently running at the bottom of each page–which I assume we should still do:
