Butter Lane Cupcake Classes

Let us teach you how to make cupcakes the Butter Lane way! We provide the equipment, ingredients and know-how—you provide yourself and your friends. Great for birthday parties and showers! Our classes are casual—from the baking enthusiast who wants to be a part of every step to the friend who’d rather assist (and taste). Our classes are meant to be fun & instructive, not hard core.

The Basics: You’ll Learn to…
Make two cupcake recipes (two cakes/two icings)
Work a mixer like a rock star
Bake in an industrial, convection oven (you’ll want one for your kitchen)
Make the Perfect Icing—the combo of butter & sugar that’s just right for you
Use the same high-quality ingredients we do
Ice the prettiest cupcake (not as easy as it looks)
Taste the Difference (Finally!)

What you’ll need
A good attitude and your own playlist if you want it. We supply the rest: ingredients, equipment, and aprons.
